No-knead Bread and Focaccia!
In this class you will learn the process of how to make No-Knead Bread & Focaccia in a Bread in a Box method that you will take home with you ! It's a fun filled class!
In between tending to our dough we will make some salts and toppings for the breads; you will take your bread home with you to bake.

1x 3 litre box to make your bread in
Ingredients to make Focaccia
1 make and take salt- jar provided
1 topping – takeaway box provided
All recipes are provided and afternoon tea is included.
Times: 10am-1pm
Meet your Teacher :
Jenny has been teaching Breadmaking & Cheesemaking in the Hunter Valley since moving there in 2019 and is the founder of 'Classes in the Kitchen' based in Polkolbin.
Location : Rear of 211 Dowling Street, Dungog NSW
Parking : Dowling Street or nearby side streets.
