$1O or less across Australia. We use Australia Post, so orders are delivered weekdays and unfortunately do not come with a guaranteed delivery time. Tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow the journey of your order. Please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery.
$15 or less Australia-wide. Express orders are prioritised and will be sent via Australia Post on business days. Your order will be sent same day if received before 3 pm. Postage time depends on Australia Post and your location. Tracking details will be sent to you.
We ship Internationally. At the moment, due to COVID-19, delivery times are very variable and, whilst we haven’t found problems with parcels not being received, there are some extensive delays to some countries. Please contact us for more information if you have questions or concerns about overseas shipping.
Orders with flat rate postage are fulfilled within 48 hours.
We hope that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable and we value the time you have spent on our website shopping with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or if incorrect information is given to us.
If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.
