FLAT RATE
$1O or less
 across Australia. We use Australia Post, so orders are delivered weekdays and unfortunately do not come with a guaranteed delivery time. Tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow the journey of your order. Please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery.

EXPRESS
$15 or less
Australia-wide. Express orders are prioritised and will be sent via Australia Post on business days. Your order will be sent same day if received before 3 pm. Postage time depends on Australia Post and your location. Tracking details will be sent to you.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship Internationally. At the moment, due to COVID-19, delivery times are very variable and, whilst we haven’t found problems with parcels not being received, there are some extensive delays to some countries. Please contact us for more information if you have questions or concerns about overseas shipping.

Orders with flat rate postage are fulfilled within 48 hours. 

We hope that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable and we value the time you have spent on our website shopping with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or if incorrect information is given to us.

If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.

Customers cover all shipping costs.

Hive and Gobbler Refund and Cancellation policy

All Workshops/demonstrations at Hive and Gobbler are run based on number of participants attending, there are pre-set maximum and minimum students per workshop. If the minimum number of participants is not met 5 days prior to the workshop date, it may be cancelled/postponed. If the workshop is to be cancelled/postponed, we will notify participants via phone or email at least 24hrs prior to the workshop commencing.
If a workshop is cancelled/postponed, we will happily hold your spot until a new date comes around OR provide you with a store credit or full refund.

Participant Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 10days or more prior to workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to scheduled workshop you will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 24hrs prior to workshop will not receive a refund.

Non-attendance:
Hive and Gobbler is not obligated to provide a refund for non-attendants nor to remind participants of their upcoming workshop.

Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID restrictions/weather events, Hive and Gobbler may cancel or postpone any workshop at least 24hrs prior, participants will be offered a reschedule/store credit/refund.

We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations, but we ask you to notify us of any changes to your booking as early as possible.
