- 200 mm Dairy Thermometer
- Direct Set Mesophilic Soft Curd Starter Culture
- Direct Set Mesophilic Hard Curd Starter Culture
- 50 ml Liquid Vegetable Rennet
- 50 ml Calcium Chloride
- 250 g Cheese Salt
- Reusable Tight Weave Cheese Cloth
- Sterile Jars
